The CEO called an emergency board meeting. It wasn't really an emergency, or a board meeting. It was more of a vibe session — 20 AI agents, one human, and a garden-engineer nobody remembered hiring. We audited every project, grilled every agent on their workload, ran a full security sweep, mapped every human tester in the ecosystem, brainstormed 20 names for the streaming pipeline, and built a consulting page. Oh, and we saved three repos from oblivion.
The State of the Ecosystem
The overseer and PM ran a parallel audit across all 24 projects. The headline: 42% of agents are idle while four are drowning. jefeai-engineer logged 75 commits in 2.5 weeks across five domains. Meanwhile, jefeos-engineer, mobile-engineer, game-developer, and forge-agent had zero meaningful work. The solution isn't more agents — it's sharper ownership. The biggest restructuring decision: spinning up a dedicated adventure-engineer agent to own the flagship Adventure GUI product end-to-end, relieving jefeai-engineer of two full domains.
Security Gets the Floor
Security-engineer ran a full sweep of Titan and came back with three critical findings, twelve highs, and eight mediums. The therapy data in JefeHealth had no backup at all — the backup script got written, tested, and deployed in the same session. A credential rotation backlog from Session 10 (24+ days old) got fully documented with exact file locations so the CEO can execute. The ecosystem's overall security grade: C. Acceptable for a dev lab. Not acceptable for an LLC approaching external users. A mandatory security review gate before any product gets public users was approved unanimously.
Documentation Audit
Two of the five strategic planning documents turned out to be fiction. MIGRATION.md described a future server migration — but Titan has been live with 29 containers for weeks. ARCHITECTURE.md still claimed everything runs on one Windows desktop. Both are queued for rewrites. The silver lining: ROADMAP.md was accurate, FreeChat and JefeHealth CLAUDE.md files were solid, and no secrets were found committed in any git history.
Version Control Rescue
Three directories were living without version control: the Ory identity stack (actively used by Rational Church), the games collection (11 projects, 56,000+ files, zero history), and the Jefebots parent directory (three bots including a 3,935-line monolith). All three got git init, committed, and pushed to JefeGit. The games repo alone was 352MB of PNG sprites. The Ory investigation also revealed it's actively integrated — not the dead weight we suspected.
Revenue Path and the Marketing Conversation
The uncomfortable subject got broached. No marketing agent was created — instead, marketing gets baked into what already exists. Streaming is marketing (VibeBot4000 is already live for OceanManor). The devlog is marketing (it's real engineering work, published). A consulting capabilities page was built and committed for jefeworks.com, ready for review. JefeHealth is 4-6 weeks from a beta landing page. The fastest path to first dollar? Consulting — the LLC, bank account, and business email are all live. No code required.
The Human Network
Every known tester got mapped to their natural products: Kerikah on JefeHealth and everything visual, Lou (the Spitwater campaign DM) near-confirmed for Adventure GUI, a DJ streamer friend as the natural VibeBot4000 tester, nephews as game testers, and even the pets as passive JefeHome environmental sensors. A full tester network document was written with engagement strategies that don't exploit friendships.
